We need all hands on deck for these ministry events.

- If you can attend, please let us know.
- If you can’t attend, consider helping someone else go. Some members would love to participate but are limited by cost.
Donations are also needed to help cover booth fees and outreach expenses.
Outreach is one of the three legs of the ministry’s “three-legged stool,” and it’s vital to what we do.

Leesburg Bike Fest – Ministry Outreach
April 2027 will be upon us before we know it. Leesburg Bike Fest in Leesburg, FL.
Please review your calendars and schedule the dates. It’s not too early to sign up.
We need volunteers to help.
- Thursday, April 22nd – about 1 hour to help set the tent up.
- Friday, April 23rd – work the booth from 10 am to 8 pm
- Saturday, April 24th, work the booth from 10 am to 8 pm
- Sunday, April 26th, work the booth from 10 am to 3 pm. Then take down and pack up the booth.

🗓️ August 6–15, 2027
Sturgis 87th Anniversary
This is one of our largest and most important outreaches. We need some help at this event. We are down at least 2 of our biggest helpers at this event.
Are you willing to receive some more crowns in heaven? Reaching Bikers for Christ is our mission.
If you can’t come for the whole time, think about flying in and spending a few days at the booth.
Riders from all over the world come to Sturgis, giving us a powerful opportunity to share Jesus with people from every state and many countries.
🇺🇸🏍️🤘 Itinerary: August 6–15, 2026 (tentative)
Note: depends on transportation, funds, riders, etc.
- Leaving Florida: August 6
- Stop in Alabama: August 7
- Arrive in Hill City, SD: August 8
- Returning to Alabama: August 16
Lodging:
We stay at Lighthouse Assembly of God, which helps keep the cost down and provides great fellowship.
- Every morning starts with Bible study and prayer.
- Evenings end with dinner and a ride together.
